Returns & Damaged Goods

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

However, if you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined below.

If goods are defective in any way, the defect must be reported to us in writing by email or by phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Once the defect has been confirmed by us, please return them immediately and we will deliver a new item to you.

Please also retain the original packaging for any items damaged in transit, as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.

Please note that made-to-order screens are not eligible for return.

Screens that have been incorrectly ordered too large can be cut down to size for an additional fee.

However, screens ordered too small cannot be extended and are therefore not eligible for return or adjustment.

We recommend sending returned items using a registered or insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
