These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Goss Fly Screens Ltd. website and to purchases of products and services from Goss Fly Screens Ltd.
By placing an order through our website, requesting a quotation, purchasing products or arranging services with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

We supply and install fly screens, bird-control systems, bird-proofing products, mesh, brush strips and related products and services.
We offer a range of products through our online shop, together with quotation-based and installation services.
Some products are available to purchase directly through the website, while other products and services may require a quotation.
For quotation-based work, the final price and specification will be agreed with the customer before work proceeds.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, photographs are intended as a general representation of products and there may be minor differences in appearance, colour or finish.
Where measurements, specifications or other details are important to an order, customers should ensure that the information supplied to us is accurate.
Some of our products are manufactured or prepared to the customer’s specified measurements or requirements.
Where a product is made specifically to a customer’s measurements or requirements, this will be identified as a made-to-order or personalised product where applicable.
Customers are responsible for checking measurements and specifications supplied to us before production begins.
Where an item has been ordered too large, we may be able to cut or adjust it to the required size for an additional charge, where this is technically possible.
Items ordered too small cannot generally be extended and may not be capable of adjustment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that apply to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
For work requiring a quotation, we may need information such as measurements, photographs, drawings or details of the area requiring protection.
Photographs and information supplied by customers may be used to assess the requirements of the work and prepare a quotation.
Quotations are based on the information available to us at the time.
Where a site visit is required, the final quotation may depend on the conditions found on site.
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is not an acceptance of an order. Work will only proceed once the quotation has been accepted and any agreed deposit or payment requirements have been satisfied.
Where we provide installation services, the work will be carried out according to the agreed quotation and specification.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property or area where the work is to be carried out.
Additional work or materials required because of unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges. Where reasonably possible, we will discuss any significant additional work or costs with the customer before proceeding.
Installation dates are agreed with the customer and may be subject to availability, weather, site conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to an online order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing errors.
Where delivery charges apply, these will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
For quotation-based work, the price will be confirmed in the quotation provided to the customer.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Once your order has been received, we will provide an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with your order, including issues relating to product availability, pricing, measurements or delivery.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
Online payments are processed through Opayo.
Customers may be redirected to the Opayo payment service to enter their payment information.
We do not store complete payment card details on our own website.
For quotation-based work, payment arrangements will be set out in the quotation or otherwise agreed with the customer.
We provide delivery throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland, with delivery to other countries available on request.
During our peak season (spring/summer), smaller orders placed before 12pm will normally be dispatched within 1–3 working days.
For larger or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 2–4 working days for dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service being used, the size of the order and the delivery location.

Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to meet that date. Your statutory rights relating to delivery delays remain unaffected.
Our separate Returns page provides information about returning products, damaged goods and made-to-order screens.
Where you purchase goods online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within the applicable cooling-off period. Certain exceptions apply, including some personalised or made-to-order products.

Customers should retain original packaging where goods have been damaged in transit, as this may be required for inspection by the delivery service.

Where customers provide measurements, dimensions, specifications or other information for a product or quotation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate.
Where we have been asked to manufacture or supply an item based on customer-provided measurements, incorrect measurements may result in the product being unsuitable.
Where appropriate, we may be able to alter an item that has been supplied too large, subject to an additional charge.
We cannot guarantee that an item supplied too small can be altered or extended.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information on our website accurate.
Occasionally, products may become unavailable or delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and discuss the available options.
