You can cancel your order before your order is dispatched. To cancel your order please email us info@gossflyscreens.ie

9. Transaction Security

Our transactions are processed by Sagepay. You will be redirected to the SagePay portal where you can enter your payment details. This SagePay portal encrypts your transaction and is also secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Goss Flyscreens’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Returns & Refunds

Should you not be completely satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return items for a refund or exchange. Please note that all returns must be confirmed in writing or by phone within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returns should be sent to the Bumbles address below.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

You can return the goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange. We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit. Items must be returned unused in original packaging.

If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item to you or offer a full refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.

A refund for the price of goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within the 7 days from when the item was returned. If the initial order value qualified for free shipping and the returned item reduces the order value below the free shipping limit then a refund less the cost of shipping will be issued
